How To Sell Drugs Online (Fast) Season 2 Review

One underrated show that not many people have talked about is “How to Sell Drugs Online (Fast)” and with the second season having just released that’s even better than the first I figured now is as good a time as ever to bring it up.

The show’s initial attraction is it’s fast pace in storytelling as each season only contains six thirty-minute episodes in which the content of them for any other show could probably take about 3 regular sized seasons.

Another high point is the characters being well developed and having understandable motives for all their actions. There’s no one character who I despised and the more equally shared perspective makes viewers not blindly support our main anti-hero Moritz, but rather challenge or disagree with his decisions.

The second season really fleshed out more of the characters and had many of Moritz lies start to catch up with him. By the end of the season he finally realizes the reality that once you’re involved with the business, you can’t leave. Based on the cliffhanger ending the show definitely has plans for at least a third season and maybe more beyond that point which I couldn’t be more excited for.

My personal favorite so far is Daniel who’s arc included trying to stop floating through life and start building a future for himself outside of the drug trade, he does this by focusing on grades and thinking of a legal cover business idea which he invented himself. Going into season 3 the group is fractured and the stakes are higher than ever so we’ll just have to wait till late 2021. I really don’t have any complaints with the show and looks forward to what happens next.
